Bill Murray has been
singing and collecting songs in south west England for over forty
years and this recording is from a 2008 village hall concert in Devon.
The production has retained as much of the authentic live sound as
possible. A fascinating album of regional music, with a variety of
chorus songs and some instrumentals from the Dartmoor Pixie Band. The
Wren Music website outlines the label's commitment to building
projects incorporating traditional music and is well worth a visit.
