theme of money. Taxes, corporate greed and insurance all come in for serious attention. Some artists are much better known than others.
Document Records, now based in Scotland, has the ambitious goal of preserving and re-releasing the complete recorded works of the majority of Afro American

The featured album was KATIE KIRK & RICK WILLIAMS by KATIE KIRK & RICK WILLIAMS
www.katiekirkandrickwilliams.co.uk The duo, who live on opposite sides of Mounts Bay, near Penzance, have
developed their ballad repertoire over the past six years. They have a well-deserved high profile on the Cornish folk scene and this is their first release.
Strong Cornish links are evident in several poems by Charles Causley set to music by Williams. There are also settings of poems by C. Fox Smith and some traditional
ballads. Kirk's excellent unembellished vocals let the words carry the songs forward, while Williams' sensitive and stylish guitar provides the right support.

The featured album was AN DEN DEY MADE TAE by ROSS & RYAN COUPER (Couper Records). The COVID global pandemic provided the fiddler and guitarist
brothers from Shetland the time to finally produce an instrumental album, after years of talking about recording together. Most sets are played in an identifiably Shetland
style, even those tunes not originating in Shetland, and there is also good proportion of excellent original material. All tracks have a confident "live" energy, making
this a very enjoyable album. The following tracks were scattered through the program:
